Digital Product Notice
MigrationGoal reports are custom-generated digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of this, refunds are generally not available once a report has been generated. Please review the full policy below and use our free preview before purchasing.
1. Overview
MigrationGoal sells digital immigration eligibility reports. Each report is generated specifically for you based on the profile information you provide and is delivered instantly via email.
Because our reports are custom-generated digital products, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital goods. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
2. No Refunds After Report Generation
Once a report has been successfully generated and delivered, we do not offer refunds. This is because:
• The report is a custom digital product created specifically for your profile
• It is delivered immediately upon purchase
• The content is personalised and cannot be "returned"
We encourage all users to:
• Complete their profile accurately before purchasing
• Use our free eligibility preview to review opportunity scores before buying
• Read our sample report to understand what is included
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the report will be generated immediately and that your right to a refund ends upon successful delivery.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:
• Technical failure: Your payment was processed but no report was generated and delivered within 24 hours
• Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same report
• Wrong country: Due to a platform error, a report was generated for a country you did not select
To request a refund under any of these circumstances, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at support@migrationgoal.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
4. Ineligible Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
• You changed your mind after the report was generated
• You provided inaccurate profile information and received an assessment you disagree with
• You did not achieve the visa outcome you hoped for (our reports are informational tools, not guarantees)
• Immigration rules changed after your report was generated
• You no longer wish to migrate to the selected country
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible situation:
1. Email support@migrationgoal.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [your email address]"
2. Include: your registered email, the date of purchase, the country the report was for, and a description of the issue
3. We will respond within 2 business days
4. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Payments are processed by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). For billing enquiries, you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/support.
6. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly and we are committed to fair treatment of all customers.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised date. Purchases made before any changes are subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
